Welcome

By collaboratively working together, I want to help you recognize your own strengths, heal old wounds, and build tools to get through the difficult situations we face in life. I believe that we are better able to grow and heal when we have supportive people in our lives. One of the things I feel most passionately about as a therapist is being present for others, so that no one has to go through this process on their own.

I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships issues, life transitions, identity questions, self-esteem issues, and loss and grief. My goal in therapy is to develop a plan with you that will address these concerns and provide tools and support as you take steps to live a more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

I am currently only providing therapy via telehealth (online sessions).
